Iman and I met on Saturday at the mall...we had lunch together at a nice Chinese restaurant. It was good! Although Iman –I think- thinks I did not enjoy it much!!
It was really great meeting Iman. She is a very intelligent, kind, pretty and young, I even thought she looks younger than her young years and I let her know about it! She is a picky eater too!! :-)
When we talked on the phone and decided to meet I asked her how I will know her since I do not know how she looks like, she said that she will know me! Of course, I have my pictures all over my blog. We got along very well. I think I talked a lot more than she did...I was talking non stop!! I hope I did not bore her with the small details and silly things I talked about. We took couple of pictures, at first Iman did not want me to post her picture here, but later on, and under no pressure from me at all, she agreed to it!! I had fun meeting Iman and knowing her beyond her blog.
Me and my husband will be off to Minnesota tomorrow morning for three days, I am looking forward to this road trip. I will be checking out things online when I am there....I cannot let things pass me by without knowing what’s going on the blogosphere!

I enjoyed my time with you a lot – you have a very unique way of making me listen – typically, I’m usually the one doing most of the talking..hahaha … of course, it goes without mentioning that I loved your honesty especially when it came to the desserts I chose…:d …though I am not big on chocolates/desserts in general, the lucky 8 has become a favorite of mine from the Orland Park location and not Woodfield :D …I’m sorry my picky choice was not to your liking …but I’m glad that you enjoyed your time nonetheless. Definitely, I’ll drive out further next time - for the great company (where I listen more than I talk, again :D) and of course a taste of your cooking ;)
