My most visited post on my blog is How to make falafel post! Although I did not post a detailed recipe, and I borrowed a video link for the recipe from a “How to” site, it still gets the most visits. I mean nothing much was authentic in that post...I am a little disappointed that this is my most visited and searched post. If I want to pick a post to be the most visited it would be this one No, no, it would be
this one, or maybe this one!!
I decided that I will make my own falafel and just post my own recipe in details. Maybe I would want to make a video off of that too!! I just need to shop for the recipe items and get a good food processor to make it since I do not have one here in Beirut...Until I get to this point, I will just have to settle for buying falafel from the next door restaurant and for others to search for the falafel post and enjoy it!
I am not sure about posting any recipes for Ramadan...I feel that I am running out of recipes for this busy month. Maybe I will make few sweets and post recipes to them...I think I only have couple of recipes for sweets...I am not big on making them, but I will borrow my son’s recipes for delicious cookies he makes...his recipes are to die for!! Maybe next post.

falafel is so tasty and good in so many ways-no matter what recipe you have and use, you always want to try another!
All your posts are equally beautiful..But I guess because the majority of your readers live away from their original home,me included, food is always in our mind..lool

Everyone seems to like your food. I know I 'enjoy' it too through the screen. I can only imagine the aroma! I'm not a huge fan of falafel, but I'm looking forward to seeing your recipe's and how about some very simple ones even a single male can make them....of course I have some experience in the kitchen!
