Last week I was in Manama-Bahrain, this week I am in Cairo-Egypt, in two days I will be in Kuwait and on Sunday I will be back to Beirut-Lebanon!
Sorry Rasha and Enas, I will not be able to see you this time, we are so tied up with other engagements to the point where I do not even have time to check things much on the net!!!! but I would love to see you next time I am back!
This may seem like too much travel but I like every bit of it. Yesterday I went to the Pyramids of Giza...It has been few years since I was there last. They still look the same!! Nothing has changed over the last 5000 years and nothing will in the many years to come. We are staying at a hotel outside Cairo this time, close to the media city where all my husband's meetings are held. It is pretty nice, like a resort, but the service is not up to standard...very typical of Egyptian hotels, it is a shame!
I went with the ladies that are traveling with us to the Fishmarket for dinner last night; as usual it was wonderful but it took us two long hours of insane traffic to get there!!!! Also, we went on a quick trip to Khan Al Khalili and the famous Fishawi coffee shop for a cup of hot tea. I have taken many pictures and videos of this trip...here is a video I posted about my short visit to the Pyramids
Once I am done with the other video I will post a link to it.
I cannot wait to go to Kuwait on Wednesday, we have a breakfast "date" with my daughter and her family on Thursday. It has been over two months since I saw the girls...will update you on how they are growing up once I see them! of course, pictures of the little angels too.
On Sunday we will be back to Beirut to spend the last week of this year there...I hope by the end of this year a president will be appointed in Lebanon, although I am not very optimistic about it. Things will have to wait till Dec 22nd and only then maybe they will appoint a president!!!
I am not sure when our move to Bahrain will be finalized, but I am not in a rush!
Oh, I have to blog about the farewell dinner that was held last week for my husband. It was...oh well, I will blog about it later!
Have a great Eid holiday every one, and I will see you on my blog before X-Mas and the new year!
Enjoy!Sorry Rasha and Enas, I will not be able to see you this time, we are so tied up with other engagements to the point where I do not even have time to check things much on the net!!!! but I would love to see you next time I am back!

Kinzi, Thanks for your Eid wishes and prayers! you too have a great holiday season.
Maher, thanks for coming by!
i hope one day you can go back to your old "hara" and enjoy seeing the ones you love ther!
Sam, I think it is safe to visit also depends on where you want to go. To me, the tension is hardest thing to deal with. If you are coming to see family you will have a good time, but do not expect to go out much , you will have to deal with some issues that are not fun such as driving through barricades, Zigzag streets and check but all bearable! But many other people go out and “try” to have fun and live a normal life despite what’s going on.
Good luck!
YFA, Thanks for your Eid wishes!
you too have a great time during this holiday.
Happy holidays summer, continued safety to you and yours. I'll be leaving the day before xmas for a much needed few days w/ hubby, so until right before new year's!
