A Home, Finally!

We are back from our five day trip to Sharm. It was not bad…fun and warm at times and cold at others! Even the food was surprisingly good!!! The nice thing about that trip was being able to surf the net while sitting by the pool side, there was wireless connection available and it was really neat, so I did not miss a beat!

We are back to Bahrain now for the next few days. I miss being “home” wherever home is- In my mind, Chicago is home-!
The search for a home in Bahrain has ended for us. Finally we found a really really nice place that we will be moving to around August of 2008. This place has everything we were looking for. The space, the facilities and the view…again, it is all blessings from God. We are so thankful for being able to find such place that suites our needs and lifestyle. Until it is completely finished, we will be living in a furnished apartment as soon as we decide on our moving date out of Beirut.

Gaza…what can I say? So heartbreaking for what was going on. I guess the will of the people rose above and surpassed the will of ALL governments! May peace prevail so people can enjoy peace of mind!

Back to Beirut on Monday….I can’t wait to be home again, I miss my son, my bed and my kitchen!

summer, i just read of another bomb going off in Hazmiyeh today. When do you think all this madness will stop? It's a shame that it is driving the good people such as your family from Lebanon. Do they not realize they are destroying one of the most beautiful places on earth? God bless.
