Rant (again): Aramex… Kharamex
A Shipment from the USA to your Shop&Shop inbox takes 16 days!! and other shipments from the UK take a week, and when you call and ask: there’s a delay in the flights because there is a demand on commercial flights and no space for us to deliver you goods!
Does Aramex provide such a unique product and customer experience that we would be saddened if it didn’t exist? Does Aramex treat its employees so astonishingly well that those workers would not be able to find another employer to treat them as well? Does Aramex forge such unfailing emotional connections with its customers that they would fail to find another delivery services company that could forge just as strong an emotional bond?

Well, true. But do we have an alternative? No. I would rather wait for 16 days for my stuff to get delivered, than not having them at all! I mean where the hell would you find Converses in any store like the ones online? So yeah, you get a pretty sweet deal on the stuff you buy, and its worth the wait.
Plus, it would be perfect if it takes shorter time, but nothing’s perfect. You know that.
there are alternatives, DHL is offering the same service, more expensive but on time. also, UShopWeShip in Kuwait is pretty good.
+ you always have friends who travel and live abroad and can get you stuff and send them over and you pay back by paypal or whatever.

I don’t mind waiting a week so much. It’s not Aramex that upsets me. It’s the draconian customs laws.
Did you ever have a shipment coming, and have them confiscate it, and tell you you have to come in to customs yourself, and bring with you a (recovery agent) (3ameel takhlees). I swear it’s like they legalized bribery.

kharamex is just the exact discreption of this horrible service. sloooooooooooooooooooooooow. ah, and they only work certain days of the week, so take away 52 saturdays in a year (egypt) 52 fridays (uae) 52 sundays (usa) so in total 4 months a year ( with your package sitting there like a dead duck). What the hell??

The statisfaction is note that easy ,even if the shipping happend therough 1 day , nothing will saticfied the customers ,on my opinion the issue here is the lcuk , i have agood experiance with Aramex , the pepole in Aramex is amazing , im dealing with them since 5 years now , every thing going well with me , and i will never ever go to DHL , as Aramex is the only arbic jordaniann company , and im proud that im jordanian :):)
Yeah, I have suffered a lot from KHARAMEX!
I got one parcel being lost in Jeddah for 6 weeks! Calling everyday, but no one ever knew how to help me!
I also got the caps of my protein bottles damaged & totally broken! The protein poweder itself was wet bcus of humidity at their rotten place!
And lately, I shipped a small bottle of liquid from eBay, and they broke it
Damn! Don’t they know how to read English ?
There are 3 stickers on it saying FARAGILE! HANDLE WITH CARE!
