Everywhere when the phone rings, the owner makes sure to try his/her best to answer.
At some times people just simply don't pick their phones and decide to call back later...

Whatever we are doing. Land phone should be answered no matter what!!! its not like the prime minister is calling us or anyone important at all!
The first question dad asks whenever he gets home. Who called? if he ever knows the phone wasn't picked up it'll be like someone stabbed him.
Yesterday the phone rang and for I don't know what reason dad couldn't pick it up. He used the caller ID to figure out the last three digits are 313! everyone in the place were asked whether we know a number that ends with 313. I really don't care that automatically I said no!
After few minutes I passed by the living room, I actually found him setting down with the phone book in his hands (the paper old fashion phone book) looking for that 313 number!! that is unbelievable.
Ok this is a bit private. But today I was in the bath room and forgot to grab my towel, I called my dad to bring it to me, I was like dad could you please and THE PHONE RANG! he left me this simple and went to grab the phone while I was left there standing waiting for him to come back!!
What's on earth is wrong with the phone thing!
I keep on telling them, who wants you will definitely call again if you couldn't pick up... It is ok!

well, am the second type who kust simply dont pick the mobile and call back later!!
i dont know why, but i prefer to call or answer when i am in the mood :-D
our land line was dusty with no use, and the onlu reason that let us to keep it since 2004 is the ADSL subscription.
while ago, i used to subscribe to LiveBox in london, and it was something really good especially for the paid TV channels their, also for their 28 M connection!! and nevertheless, the very cheap/free VOIP (all of these services are only for 22 POUNDs/month!!!!!), so i decided to subscribe to this service at orange jordan once they announced, and only for thei 1MB coz we dont make and landline call at home, and also we have ART and showtime subscriptions.
well well well, after 2 months of high bills (around 76 JDs/Month!) with very low connection, we decided to utilize what we pay, so i insisted on my mother to call her 3 sisters every day for 3 or 4 hours a day, and my little brother to call random numbers when he has free time (and since it is voip and begins with 08, people fear to re-call the number :D ).. now we are fucking orange to the max :D

and about orange.. ya they steal people's money so bad!
I knew that people at Europe can get as fast as 14 MB connexion per only 10 euros which is great compared to the stupid service provided here...

I see you havent blogged for a while, yet cant say but it's interesting what you blog about, I enjoyed it.
about the phone thig, we actually have three land phones, same number of course and distributed over the house, so you can not but be near to one of them when it rings.
personally, I rarely answer. so even if I'm sitting very close to it, I would divert the mission, which means if I was ur father at some point I would hand you the towel then ask you to hurry up and answer the phone :P
