Games don't impress me much. They're all the same to me. If you've played it once, it doesn't matter how much the graphics change they all appear the same from that point onward....
Unless you do something profoundly different... like Lucas Arts in this AMAZING Game...
Oh by the way, what you see in this trailer, is what you actually play. There's nothing pre-rendered here!
For Graphic designers, this is the game to watch, learn and admire
Never before, in my whole life have I finished the game (at 5 AM) and went back IMMEDIATELY to play it AGAIN from the first level!
I mean, I've played some pretty darn GREAT games in my life, but this one was different! The amazing abilities of the XBOX360 were truly unleashed in this game.
Finally a game worthy of the next generation game consoles. The graphics weren't just awe-inspiring but out of this world! TOTALLY!
We've seen interactive environment before, we've seen breakable environments before. But not like this. The actual damage changes depending on how you hit it, and with what, and the force you use.. Totally amazing! It's called Digital Molecular Matter (DMM) See this illustration ...
The second unique and completely amazing thing is Euphoria! A new artificial intelligence engine for those enemies you see. It tells them how to deal with you, and how to interact with the environment! Totally out of this world!
And finally Havoc which is a robust physics systems that allows many different objects to be in motion on the screen at any given point in time.
I haven't enjoyed playing the bad guy EVER in my life except in this game. I was killing Jedi's with a lot of joy and satisfaction I may add. But towards the end, something changed... I won't spoil it!
When Lucas Arts called this game "Force Unleashed" they probably talked about the Star Wars galaxy force. But I think it's directed towards the force of the game consoles that have been barely tapped. Even by the most demanding games. None has been like this.
The best $60 I ever spent on a game!

Memories....
Did you get the chance to play Knights of the Old Republic? There are two games, they're a bit old but I have never enjoyed a story as such. Try to get the first game because it has a stronger story (and the second heavily references the first one)
(by the apprentice in soul calibur is a pain in the groin grrrrrrr but he succumbs to my previous Ivy's whip!)
I loved it.
