On the eve of the Eid, today was one of the worst days for the technology sector where NO ONE was saved. The results were more than disappointing...

Apple (down 17%)
RIMM (Down 12%)
Google (Down 11.6% Over $50)
HP (down 7%)
DELL (down 9%)
Seagate (down 5%)
Microsoft (down 8%)
Intel (down 10%)
Comcast (down 13%)
Cisco (down 8%)

The start of the week is a very depressing one for all the tech sector.

Just another proof how the whole market is so connected to each other. One blow in one sector hurts everywhere else.

Frankly, I hoped investors would flock to tech stocks since they have the most promise of retaining value... But poor expectations for PC sales (and even iPhone sales) fueled the drop.

Always the best time to buy blue chip stocks coz eventually they always go back up after this type of thing happens. I remember we had a similar crash towards the end of the 90s.

The cool thing is that they can inject 700Bil into the market just like that. I mean that's GDP for 15 years for some other countries.
Yup, the crash has been painful!

i hope they can pass the bailout soon...or else...
eventually we r paying for them NOT doing their job...that is the irony of it...geeees!!!
