3id Greetings My Darlings...

...from my BIG, FAT, UGLY, ZIT !

I felt an odd bump beneath my eye yesterday and I just knew what it was. It was the "3id zit" or what you may call "The Day Before School Zit" or what others may call "The Before Wedding Zit" *hmph* Its been ages since I got one of these in such an unusual place. It's a big red bump and it hurts. I put a million and one creams on it yesterday and surely enough I woke up today and it was even redder and more-in-ur-face then possible! I tried covering it up with loads of make up and it has resulted in giving me the tea-bags-under-your-eyes-look. Ugh!

Anyways, today is officially the first day of 3id for my family so 3idkom mbarak everyone ;>

I'm fully dressed, perfumed, manicured, perfectly polished in my favourite black nail polish and waiting....! Yes, I DR am waiting on the first day of 3id. Usually I'm the last one up, last one dressed and everyone is waiting for me in the car (for more than 5 minutes if you may ask).

I'm wearing last year's jeans. Last time I was able to fit into these without suffocating was LAST YEAR! They still feel like my intestines are up in my chest, bs y3ni 3adi, I think I can survive in them for one day. I guess this is a good sign after ramadan and not going to the gym but once. I think this is the first ramadan that I don't finish looking like a walking skeleton. My thin days are long gone.

I have reservations for Lettre D'Amore tonight, hope its nice. (Hope the spelling is ok, don't have time to check, so let it slip plz)

Usually on 3id I would be smelling delicious aromas wafting up from the kitchen. My mom always makes the best dessert every year that has everyone talking. Sadly she (and my sis and bro) is away and we get to miss out on her mouth-watering delights. I guess her cooking is one of many things everyone is missing.

Theres something wrong with my right shift button. Therefore making this post really hard to write!
