Clarification from 6alabat.com
وصلتني هذه الرسالة من قبل فريق موقع طلبات دوت كوم ردا على ماتطرقت اليه من موضوع رفع اسعار خدمة التوصيل لديهم وجاء في ردهم التالي
Dear Frankom,
We at 6alabat.com very much value our clients and certainly take into
consideration all sorts of feedback (pros/cons) to better serve our clients
and further develop our operations. However, we feel some clarifications
need to be made regarding your previous post “6alabat.com: New Charges” and
that is 6alabat.com has been operating for almost 5 years and have not
changed our pricing scheme as our fees from users are 200 fils per order
which is always recorded as “6alabat.com charges”. Delivery charges are
charged by restaurants not 6alabat.com, hence we do not charge extra costs
to the customer when the restaurant charges for delivery.For further clarifications or any concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact us at your earliest convenience.6alabat.com

It’s good of 6alabt to look after customer reviews and try to explain them selves. However I personally cannot believe their statement, as I was at their booth in the P2BK forum, and I asked them several times. The answer was, they charge the restaurant 200 Fils for the order, and another 200 Fils on the customer. If the restaurant wishes to take the extra 200 fils charge off the customer, then you will get it off.
So as per their statement, which he reiterated several times, they charge both sides, unless restaurant wants to pay 400 fils. I.e, in your case, 6alabat is charging you because restaurant does not want to pay the charge.
Another thing is, ever since they started spamming us with irrelevant ads, this site has been on my black list.
I take spamming seriously.

Sorry, going through their email again, they do mention the 200 Fils. So it seems they are right here.
My other point still stands. They are selling us for 3rd party ads.
