Here comes the holy month of Ramadan and it brings with its blessings many classic and new recipes. I Wish Muslims around the world a very blessed month and may God grant us all his forgiveness and mercy.
As for me, my Iftar table has two stable dishes on it to make me feel it is Ramadan. The first dish is Fattoush Which is a green salad with toasted or fried pita bread. It has many varieties

I consider blog tags as one of the best and worst inventions in the blogosphere ever created. If you are lucky, you might get a tag that shows off your coolness to the world, and if you are jinxed like me, you get a tag that can completely devastate your entire readership in [...]

I am not sure if most of you bloggers feel the same way I do about blogging lately. No, I am not going to quit blogging but it has been a drag trying to post any thoughts here...Lots have been going on in my life and I just do not have the will to share it on my blog....It is all good, thank God! Traveling has been intense lately, I hope it does not continue during the fasting month of Ramadan. I am trying to settle in at least for four weeks and have things organized, although it is hard to do so when I am still living in a hotel apartment! I hate the lack of storage space here...Most of my personal stuff is still in suite cases and it is just too much work to get out any item...I think settling into Jeans and a t-shirt is best at least until things are cleared up about the living and storage situation. I am getting ready to welcome the holy month of Ramadan with open arms- at least this is the kind of attitude I would like to have-! It is not easy when my kitchen is not equipped to have Iftars for my family and friends the way I like it, but I think I will have to manage, at least have some people over for Iftar at one point or another. I am not looking forward to cooking or shopping for food at all! So far this post sounds like a rant, but it is not. I think Ramadan will be a productive month for my cooking blog. I still have many videos in the making and I am looking forward to sharing those with many of you. I am also looking forward to having Ikbis hosting my own cooking video channel soon....Ikbis was gracious enough to host my own cooking video channel on their service. I think from now on I should have my videos embedded on my cooking site from Ikbis to return the favor in a way. Many changes are going on in both my sons lives, it is all for the best and I feel good about it...I wish them both great life in the future. Oh, and I am still mad about having my videos on other sites without my permission! The Best Thing You Can Wear Is A SMILE!!
